Millions of taxpayer dollars are being spent at Ft Benning Georgia upgradeing infrastructure to accept incoming troups from other closed bases and the Iraq theater. Also billed as economic stimulus and job creation. One would think 'GREAT' right? Well I thought so too...at first. After descovering that there were billions of dollars in new construction contracts I thought it was a god send for my failing construction company so I traveled to the largest infantry training facility in the world and found that there were indeed hundreds of projects in the works there. Problem is..most if not all the work is being done by Mexican labor. Americans need not apply! Most if not all contracts are influenced by the cheep Mexican labor and is imposssible to under bid.

What has effectively happened is that Americans are paying to keep immigrants and a few rich contractors working. God help us all.
