It all equates to the same thing ... shoring up the underpinnings of rich companies so they don't loose valuation and can still squeeze the little guy. It would be better to finally have complete financial reform in the system, banking to taxing. But, that is definitely a pipe dream. Until then it is one government bailout after another, waves and waves of welfare, bailout and government risk taking.
Now ... where the heck is my 'Economic Stimulus money'! My government wants me to stimulate the Chinese economy!
