Nokia, like many others, is very likely to have its smugness drastically challenged. For too many years, the large telco vendors and service providers have been (like large fat bankers) ignoring the customers and playing power politics among themselves.
Apple has shown that things can change and when the product is really right (and not just claimed right by the supplier), things can change very fast.
'Dell, Just sell the company and give the money back to the shareholders'. From powerhouse to also ran.
