Thaksin's political party was found guilty and terminated.

His nominee and brother-in-law's political party was again found guilty and now in closing down process.

HRW warned Thaksin and his nominee administration on many cases of severe human right infringement.

Judiciary system has been under strong pressure. The night before court sentence, a judge's house was bombed.

All these are facts which could be found in Thai newspaper.
