If the big man made a mistake, he would never be served in jail term, but for small people, there is no chance to be pardoned by the king. Why jail is used for only small people? Where is justice for the poor and small people? If Norodom Nararith is pardoned by the king, what is the point of locking people in the jail? This is not the first mistake he made. He had done it before. Prime Minister Hun Sen should hold on to his word.

In this viewers eyes, King Sihamoni should, and probably will, pardon his brother. Because it's the fair and right thing to do.

Hun Sen has escaped all manner of investigations into illegal acts that would land him in jail for much more than 12 months. If he touts the rule of law he should support an independant investigation into the murder of his mistress Piseth Pilika, and the 1997 bombing that killed nearly 20 innocent men, women and children. This man is feuled by impunity and has right to lecture anyone, especially on such a small matter as this. Although I am no fan of the Prince, if justice prevailed it would be Hun Sen in jail- for murder, for obstruction of justice, for theft of state property- you name it - he has done it.
