Even the visas for relief workers are inflated number 911, I believe. Because of short stay - about 2 weeks is allowed only, how many relief workers are reapplied for re-entry to do their job, how many were tourists, and how many chiefs for relief organizations went in to talk to Junta chief and not really actively participating in field work. People attend the pledge conference are not relief workers working in the field, are they clearly understand this? They always like to mess up intentionally or ignorantly. Even a child will know.
