Oh my God, Dalai Lama and his representative are so naive. Japan and China have been enemies. How can Japan act as a mediator?
The most powerful mediators for this matter should be Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Big Lots, ...

Now.....that is really desperate! These non-CHINESE citizen ethnic Tibetans are NOT part of CHINA so what happens in CHINA is of NO concern to them. They are now citizens of another country so....not of CHINA's problem. Bringing Japan to the table? Better yet why not godzilla, huh?!?
