This is really a non-issue.

It is amazing how many 'typical U.S. citizens' think this is anti-democratic, or fanatically socialistic, without even realizing that for most of the history of the United States there was no term limit for the president.

juhaFeb 16th, 2009 - 14:13:06

sure its democratic....but when democracy is used to limit freedoms(ie homeland security and anti drug laws) under the guise of protecting its citizens...it becomes less democratic. chavez shows that he will start to strip the country of democratic means when things start to fail within the country, he will of course blame outside sources for his misery.

If that is the case, then why comment on it, veg-head?

Simple: It is a non-issue, however the 'typical U.S. citizen' and many of their presidents make non-issues into massive trillion dollar bloodletting wars.

And, that IS an issue.

1) only in your pea-brain.
2) not on this thread. This is a story about Hugo Chavez, not your demented fears and misguided mental meanderings. Do you have anything intelligent to say, that is on-topic? No? I thought not.

The comments above just show you how the typical U.S. citizen is biting at the bit to kick some more ass. Iraq and Afghanistan are getting old, it's almost as if the wars are just the status quo normal day living. The U.S. has to go out and find some fresh meat to pick a bone with.

The U.S. is full of bloodletting maniacs that make any excuse to mass kill and then the apply the method of 'willful ignorance' to deny what they do.

I beg your pardon lance,SP4 is not a typical US citizen, rather a fossil of a bygone era,a relic of the BUsh era to be precise.Typical for this breed is the double standards they use

tonny, It is hard to get a fix on what the 'typical U.S. citizen' is like. However, here are the numbers I have been able to estimate:

- 60 million of them belong to an organization that is proven to mass rape children (catholics of course).

- 150 million of them believe the Earth is less than 10,000 years old.

- 100 million of them would vote for Bush (again!!).

- 200 million of them are ready to kick some more butt if only they can find a good made up excuse.

- Over 200 million of them know virtually nothing about their own government and know even less about art, literature, science, technology, history and any other such subject of importance.

- The majority of U.S. citizens want to win the lotto and be as rich as Britany Spears, even if they have to be ravished by a duo in front of a camcorder to get rich.

Of course, they use 'willful ignorance' and deny the above, but it is true nonetheless.

Basically, the U.S. consists of neophytes who elect other neophytes and about less than one percent of the U.S. contains the 'brain trust' and ingenuity that the U.S. is famous for and made the U.S. what it is today.

The U.S. is very much like SP4. He is a good archetype of the 'typical U.S. citizen'

- 60 million of them
- 150 million of them
- 100 million of them
- 200 million of them
- Over 200 million of them
710 million of them, huh, lance? That is of course assuming that there is one 'problem' per citizen. Now if we leave out the ones who aren't old enough to vote, including you lance, and those in jail, where you should be lance, that means that every responsible adult in the US suffers from at least three of your 'ills.'
Lance baby, your statistics, such as they are, like you, a load of shite.
What's the problem, lance, no real things to care care of, just your imaginary ills of the world? If you want to care care of some real ills, go have your head shrunk by a psychiatrist. Then come back and post something that is on topic.

'710 million of them, huh, lance?'

That's funny!

Obviously the same 'typical U.S. citizen' individual belongs to multiple categories.

But, you are too willfully ignorant to have thought of that. Your whole life is consumed trying to deny the reality of who you are. You will make up any excuse and fabricate any reality to protect your illusion and the combined right of the 'typical U.S. citizen' to dominate the world, even as you state that you represent democracy and not domination.

Willful ignorance combined with hypocrisy.

' ... and those in jail ... '

Did I mention that only 1.8% of child raping and molesting priest got convicted, and less served jail time? 98.2% of child raping priests got away with life-long pensions and retirement benefits complements of the catholic church and the U.S. judicial system.

... that reminds me:

- Over two million U.S. citizens in jail at any one time, and millions more visited jail at least once in their lifetime.

- 30 million U.S. citizens diagnosed as mentally ill.

- 60 million U.S. citizens diagnosed as mentally ill at least once in their lifetime.

- 10 - 20 and probably millions more U.S. people working under the table, committing fraud and employment crime.

... and that is just the tip of the iceberg.

'That's funny!'
Your figures, your math, bollweevil. Yup, your funny. Funny in the head.

Then you come up with:
'30 million U.S. citizens diagnosed as mentally ill.
- 60 million U.S. citizens diagnosed as mentally ill at least once in their lifetime.
- 10 - 20 and probably millions more ...'

So lets add those in and you have 810 to 820 million. Your 'statistics' are just getting more and more outrageous.
What a fertile imagination you have - fertilized in bullsh*t.

Lance, you really, really need to go back to school. start with toilet training and then go to kindergarden. Learn logic. Learn math. Learn how to shut up and stop whining about things that you have absolutely no control over. Trust me, you'll have a happier carrot-hood.

Out of curiosity, how many of those '30 million U.S. citizens diagnosed as mentally ill' are you and your multiple vegetable disorder?

That just proves it: The 'typical U.S. citizen' doesn't even know how to read, let alone think.

This is just hilarious! The more the 'typical U.S. citizen' tries to defend themselves, the more they expose the fact that they are GUILTY AS CHARGED.

Why is it so easy to get the 'typical U.S. citizen' to act like an idiot? Well, besides the fact that they ARE an idiot, the other reason is because they will go to any height of ignorance to claim victory.

The 'Mission Accomplished' banners fly high every day in the United States.

This is so typical of the 'typical U.S. citizen'.

I cite statistics that are easily available at many U.S. government web sites, including the FBI and the Justice Department, and the 'typical U.S. citizen' refuses to believe them.

Why is this important?

While the U.S. government spends billions collecting statistics, the 'typical U.S. citizen', including the 'typical U.S. politician' does everything possible to deny those statistics.

They waste money like no other beast on the planet. Billions, Trillions of dollars wasted on ignorance.
