Nothing good. They're a pack of heathens.

If George Bush had been serious about this case, then he had the Constitutional legal authority to grant the man clemency as President of the USA. He chose not to do it casting doubt on his sincerity regarding this case. The international community is outraged, and many countries have threatened to ban travel to their nations by those political and judicial authorities who chose not to intervene in this case: let's see if they keep their word on it.

Well done Governor Perry. The people of Texas will not tolerate its children being gang raped, tortured then beaten to death by anyone. Mexico and its rubber stamp of the International Criminal Court of Justice ought to be ashamed of themselves for producing vermin capable of committing these type heinous crimes. This Mexican terrorist lived 15 years too long, the only place he's going now is to a fiery pit for all eternity. Texas justice is real justice, and justice was served this day.

Perhaps the International Criminal Court of Justice should issue a travel advisory to criminals intent on raping and murdering in the US that they may face stiff penalties and should consider other vacation spots. Western Europe perhaps? Mexico? Canada? You know, civilized countries that would have more sympathy.

Texas did the right thing. George Bush has no right to impose his views on the states without the support of congress, and in defiance of the courts. If you believe it for Guantanemo, you must believe it for this case.

The world court says it's not right to execute vermin like this? What's wrong with them? Once again they're proving that they're about as valuable as the League of Nations. Time to get out of the U.N. and watch that whole useless organization of America haters implode!

I moved to Houston shortly before these murders took place and will never forget how shocked I was at the heinous acts of these cowards. My daughter's name is Jennifer and I recall wondering how a parent could ever cope with such tragedy.

Two years ago my own Jennifer was murdered, and like these victims, her body was left in the woods by her killer.

I strongly support the death penalty but did not want such a sentence for the murderer of my daughter. I feel that time spent in prison is a harsher penalty than death. Execution is quick and painless.

Worse yet, the apologists come out of the woodwork, making these punks the poster child for their cause. I didn't want a candlelight vigil for my daughter's killer.

Unfortunately we no longer can have faith that 'life without parole' carries any weight or meaning. Just this year Haley Barbour, governor of Mississippi, has pardoned FIVE murderers with no consideration given to the victims' families. So, what to do when you can't rely on the court system to punish a killer?

I believe that ultimately the decision should be left up to the victims' families. Nobody else should be in the position to grant forgiveness; they are the ones that have to live without their loved ones.

I hope that the execution of this coward will give some sense of closure to the friends and families of Elizabeth Pena and Jennifer Ertman; you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr. Bush never had any intent of pardoning this scumbag. He only wanted Texas to play ball with consular visits.

If you're going to talk about GWB, at least get it right.
