Perhaps they should return the ultra sympathetic, would be collaborator Betancourt to FARC custody as a show of contrition.
Then the healing could begin and the Red Cross could raise more money and buy hundreds more expensive Toyota Land Cruisers to deliver medical supplies to the real victims here, the FARC rebels.
