The good news is that the Mexicans stopped the smugglers, and the bad news is that the drug shipment is now in the hands of people who will undoubtedly sell the drugs themselves.

'The boats are built in Russia and were first used to transport drugs by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).'
