I too wish FARC would get over the fact that Colombia is run from Washington and has been for many years. The nerve of those people wanting to be in charge of their own country. Too bad the American narcs were rescued though. The world would be a nicer place if all narcs were held by FARC.

Excellent operation ,perfectly staged .Just this:Chavez is not on the side of FARC as a misinformed poster mentioned,on the contrary, some posteers realy should know better than believing the White ouse propaganda .I'm very curious about the comments of Ingrid Bettancourt .

Chavez on FARC:

'They must be recognized, they are insurgent forces that have a political project ... which here is respected.'

Plenty of media outlets (not the white house) have covered Chavez's support for FARC.

Anyway, good show.

Sounds like FARC is suffering from inbreeding if they fell for this. Apparently the helicopters had orange/white markings similar to copters flown by Venezuela on previous operations. This means they were comfortable with venezuelan helicopters. I wonder why that is Tonny?

Tonny, you truely live in a gossamer cake-and-ice ream world...Chavez has his NEIGHBORS accusing him of this! Columbian Military has found the docs and computer records to prove it! These intel bonanzas are what enabled her to be freed.

This is typical libnazi thinking: Castro never persecutes dissidents, but Gitmo does....Chavez never foments revolution but the USA does...Zimbabwe, Myanmar, or N. Korea are simply the result of the will of their people and the USA is the boogeyman...

Libnazis love totalitarianism. The reason:

Totalitarians can execute their will without the permission of the people. Libnazis LOVE this because THEY cannot win office on their true beliefs. They cannot pass their beliefs in real legislations so they use the courts to do so.

This is why the Kerry's, the Carters, the Dan Rather's and the Barack Obama's of the world hang around with folks like this. This is why they pay them deferrence.

No thanks.
