RSA Minister Pahad believes the Zim election can still be free and fair despite the violence against the opposition supporters; this is unbelievable! Perhaps Pahad is not aware that the violence has displaced a lot of people and thousands will not be able to vote as they will not be resident in their wards; National Identification Cards which should produced before people can vote have been confiscated; fear has been driven into people who were beaten or witnessed the beatings and killings thus many will not vote or would alternatively decide to vote for a candidate who is not of their choice; as many as 70 people have been killed and hundreds will not be able to vote as they will be nursing injuries in hospitals etc Pahad, what has blinded and deafened you not to be able to see for yourself and hear for yourself the tragedy in Zimbabwe which you think can still meet the 'free and fair criteria'. Even thie late, Pahad and his president Mbeki can still make a difference by speaking up against the violence being perpetrated against the people by ZANU (PF).
