mauritanian military should be professionalized to depict what is obtainable in other democratic climes.this will reorientate the armed forces to stick to their constitutional functions of defending the country against internal and external subversion, and also get them accultrated from meddling into politics. this will bring them in ilne with military professionalim while maintening a stable civil-military relationship.
