A good country-rock album.
Excellent guitar solos by Richie Sambora(any other day, everybody's broken, one step closer, whole lot of leaving, lost highway).
make a memory is an excellent ballad, just wish that songs like we got it going on and strangers wouldn't have seen the light of the day, they suck and i would have rather have walk like a man and lonely in their place.
a good album none the less.
People say that Bon Jovi have \'lost it\' with this album and that their post-2000 material is no good and they\'ve sold out and blah blah.
I don\'t see it happening people,I saw a review on BBC website and some nut named Alan from Stock port was griping about Bon Jovi and how they suck and the same old crap.
And then later that guy compares that Bon Jovi would never ever have legacy of bands like Aerosmith and Metallica...!!
Are you kidding me? Aerosmith\'s are the one who are taking it easy, they released their last studio album 7 years ago and are just cashing in on \'best of\'s\' whereas Bon Jovi have been working their asses off throughout the decade,4 studio albums(be it good or bad but at least they\'re giving it a shot).
and this album is a pretty good one, good fusion of country with rock music makes this a unique album, and yes although the whole idea might have been due to the who says you can go home(country version)success, but who wouldn\'t want to take an advantage of it and that\'s what makes this band so successful,at least they try instead of taking it easy by releasing one album in 5-7 years and then cashing in on the \'documentary\'s\' *coughsomekindofmonstercough* and greatest hits.
