The Darkness: ‘Let Them Eat Cakes’ Headlining World Tour - dates and details

Time to check out The Darkness as they headline all over the world: After several months on the road with Lady Gaga in 2012, the multi-platinum British rock group  are set to make a triumphant return with their upcoming headlining world tour “Let Them Eat Cakes.”

The U.S. portion of the trek will kick-off January 10 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and wrap-up February 2 in Aspen, CO before the band heads to 15 countries worldwide including Scandinavia, Germany, England, France, Switzerland, Italy, Australia and New Zealand (see full world tour routing below).

The “Let Them Eat Cakes” world tour marks the band’s first headlining run since the release of their new album Hot Cakes, out on Wind-up in North America and Pias in the rest of the world.

Hot Cakes was produced by the band’s Justin and Dan Hawkins with long-time collaborator Nick Brine and mixed by Bob Ezrin. The resulting 11-song cycle delivers epic rock anthems and infectious pop choruses. Listen to a sampling here.
