Red Hot Chili Peppers fans will have to wait a little longer to see the band take the stage for their upcoming tour.

The band announced the postponement of the start of their upcoming U.S. tour due to lead singer Anthony Kiedis suffering from multiple foot injuries.
Kiedis has undergone surgery to remove a crushed sesamoid bone and correct a detached flexor tendon in his foot. The singer is expected to make a full recovery. The band is touring in support of their album ‘I’m With You.’ Tickets for the postponed dates will be honored at the rescheduled dates.
