Taking Back Sunday hit the road for fall tour

Hot on the heels of a successful summer tour, Taking Back Sunday has announced plans to return to the road for a nationwide headlining tour this fall.

The concert schedule will see the band hitting towns they haven’t visited and shows kicks off on October 1 in Pharr, Texas. Arizona five-piece and Warner Bros Records label mates The Maine have been announced as the supporting act along with Bad Rabbits.

The band is on the road in support of their self-titled new album, which is in stores now. The album was recorded in Los Angeles with producer Eric Valentine (Queens of the Stone Age, All American Rejects), and is Taking Back Sunday’s fifth studio release.

Taking Back Sunday’s video for the album’s first single "Faith (When I Let You Down)" was directed by Chris Marrs Piliero (Black Keys, Britney Spears) and recently premiered on MTV. The track is at radio now.

A small allotment of VIP tickets will be available for select shows through Taking Back Sunday and Artist Arena. The VIP ticket gives fans access to an exclusive Q&A and meet and greet with the band along with autographed merchandise and a cut the line pass to be first into the venue.
