More than a year in the making, the seventh studio album "Battle of the Sexes" from Ludacris is here. On this album Ludacris tackles the timeless paradox in history, the differences between men & women. Grammy Award-winner Ludacris added another notch on his belt this week as the rapper took home his eighth consecutive RIAA certified album this week. His ‘Battle of the Sexes arrived on store shelves March 9th and has hit gold with U.S. sales in excess of a half-million units.

The album was Ludacris’ fourth No. 1 Soundscan debut and features three hit singles “How Low,” “My Chick Bad” featuring Nicki Minaj, and “Sex Room” featuring Trey Songz.

The album is the follow-up to Luda’s previous concept album, ‘Theater Of The Mind’ (November 2008) – which featured “What Them Girls Like” (featuring Chris Brown and Sean Garrett), and “One More Drink” (featuring T-Pain).

Theater Of The Mind followed-up Luda’s RIAA platinum ‘Release Therapy.’ His best-selling streak began with his debut ‘Incognegro’; followed by 2001’s RIAA triple-platinum ‘Word Of Mouf’; and 2003’s ‘Chicken-N-Beer.’

Ludacris enjoyed pop crossover success with the hit single “Stand Up.” Luda’s second consecutive #1 Soundscan debut was 2004’s double-platinum ‘The Red Light District’ featuring the hits “Get Back,” “Number One Spot” and “Pimpin’ All Over the World.”

2005’s ‘Ludacris Presents…Disturbing Tha Peace’ featured appearances by Jamie Foxx, Field Mob, Bobby Valentino, Playaz Circle, Shawnna, I-20, and many others.
