Rockers Daughtry have announced the band would stay on the road for a second leg of their current U.S. arena tour and they are planning to bring Lifehouse and opening band Cavo along for the ride.

Tickets are on sale now and the second leg of the tour is scheduled to kick off on March 18th in Baltimore, Maryland. It will keep the band on the road through the summer.

Following a successful tour of the U.S., Daughtry took a break from the states in December and have been playing to crowds in the U.K. and Europe. The announcement of a second leg of U.S. tour dates comes as Daughtry’s latest single “Life After You” continues to climb the charts. The song is the second release from the band’s new album ‘Leave This Town’ – which enjoyed a No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200 last summer.

In a press release, Chris Daughtry stated: “Growing up, you dream about singing one of your songs in front of a packed house. I still get chills when we’re playing and I hear the crowd singing louder than we are.”

Daughtry fans registered to receive the www.daughtryofficial.com email newsletter will have access to exclusive passwords with which to pre-order tickets for upcoming shows.  Tickets are on sale now for the March 18 through April 24 shows.  The remaining dates will go on sale either January 30 or February 6.
