Simply Red returns with ‘Simply Red 25: The Greatest Hits’ and M&C’s giving away a Simply Red t-shirt, an autographed copy of the CD along with four unsigned copies of the album!
In 2009, Mick Hucknall will celebrate 25 years of unbroken service with the band he founded, fronted and named. Simply Red emerged out of the streets and clubs of Manchester in the post-punk era of 1984 starting an amazing journey that has seen all-time worldwide sales of over 50 million and numerous hits from around the world including the Billboard # 1 hits “Holding Back The Years” and “If You Don’t know Me By Now”.
Entitled ‘Simply Red 25: The Greatest Hits,’ the new CD features the most beloved Simply Red tracks from the past two and half decades and is launched with a memorable cover version of the Moody Blues 1960s smash hit “Go Now.”
