James Morrison hits the road

James Morrison has hit the road with with four-time Grammy nominee Adele.

James Morrison has hit the road in support of his latest album ‘Songs for You, Truths for Me.’ The tour will include several festival dates, TV appearances, and a series of January shows with four-time Grammy nominee Adele.

Morrison was the best-selling male solo artist in the UK in 2006, and is known for his live performances.
           
In a release, Morrison stated: “I love touring. I mean, it's tiring and it's a grueling thing, going on the road. It's just not a reality of any kind. But playing-wise, as soon as I set on the stage, it just feels natural, and that's why I do what I do.”

Morrison’s tour includes stops in several cities including San Diego (Belly Up), NYC (Highline Ballroom), Boston (Paradise Rock Club), and Washington DC (9:30 Club). He will be joined by Erin McCarley in NYC, Boston, and DC dates.

Morrison’s single “Nothing Ever Hurt Like You” is currently #11 on the AAA chart, with “You Make It Real” confirmed as the next single for early 2009.
