Guitarist/songwriter Dave Kushner of Velvet Revolver joined forces with award-winning producer and songwriter Bob Thiele Jr. to pen the main theme song and end credit theme music for the new FX show "Sons Of Anarchy."

The new series debuted this week on FX, and airs every Wednesday at 10:00 PM EST.  The first episode of the show is scheduled to re-air six times this week.

"Sons Of Anarchy" is described as an adrenalized drama with darkly comedic undertones about a notorious outlaw motorcycle club intent on protecting their sheltered small town against encroaching drug dealers, corporate developers and overzealous law officers.

In a press release, Kushner stated: "I was drawn to the show for two reasons. ‘Sons' is an incredibly intense, gnarly drama about family and the things we do for love and money when we're not presented the same opportunity others are. Also, it was a chance for me to work with my good friend Bob [Thiele] who is an amazing songwriter/producer/musician."
