Dr. Dre’s son found dead

Rapper and Hip Hop icon Dr. Dre's son, Andre Young Jr, was found dead at his home in Woodland Hills on Saturday morning. He was 20 years old.The Los Angeles County Coroner has reported the cause of death is pending the completion of a toxicology report. Young returned to his home at 5:30 a.m. following a night out, and discovered by his mother after she went into his room to check on him at about 10 a.m. He was unresponsive and she called 911, according to information from Assistant Chief Ed Winter. Dr. Dre (Andre Young Sr.) became a rap icon with the gangsta rap group N.W.A., and through his groundbreaking solo career. He was a co-owner of Death Row Records, and won a Grammy Award in 1993 for the single "Let Me Ride." He is currently the founder and CEO of Aftermath Entertainment.

It's always a shame when a young person dies needlessly. Any industry that glamorizes bad behavior should feel responsible when such tragedies occur.
