Usher is MTV’s “52 BANDS/52 WEEKS” featured artist

To support the release of ‘Here I Stand,’ Usher is the featured artist all week on MTV’s “52 Bands/52 Weeks” campaign.

MTV provides artists with 11-hours of exposure via a series of video clips aired on the channel throughout the week. Clips, which include Usher portraying leading men from famous films, can be viewed on MTV.com, as well as here, here and here.After years of anticipation, Usher is set to release the follow-up to his 2004 album, ‘Confessions.’ The album, ‘Here I Stand,’ includes the #1 single “Love in This Club,” which Usher recently performed on the season finale of MTV’s “The Hills.” Usher has an impressive list of accomplishments; he’s sold nearly 26 million albums worldwide, won five Grammy Awards, and has established his own record label, US Records.Usher on-air promotions run on MTV throughout the week of May 26.
