Scott Weiland gets eight days in the hole for DUI

03/12/2007 - Scott Weiland - The 2007 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductee Presentation with Velvet Revolver and members of Van Halen - Waldorf Astoria hotel - New York City © Daniel Locke / PR PhotosWeiland was charged with one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol with a prior conviction. Weiland failed field sobriety tests and then refused to take a blood or urine test. He was booked last November and released on $40,000 bail.Now he will serve 8 days in jail. He will have until Wednesday, May 28th to serve the sentence.Also ordered was a mandatory 18-month alcohol program, four-year summary probation and approximately $2,000 in fines.
