Justin Timberlake working with Monkeys
Feb 6, 2008, 13:35 GMT
Justin Timberlake is set to work with the Arctic Monkeys.
The 'Rock Your Body' singer and the BRIT Award-winning indie band discussed collaborating during their meeting at London's Dorchester Hotel last week.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "The Arctic Monkeys and Justin met up one afternoon at the hotel and discussed the possibility of doing something. It would be absolutely brilliant to see them working on stuff together.
"The band has very wide musical tastes, as does Justin. It would be a match made in music heaven."
Justin has previously worked with Duran Duran, Madonna and 50 Cent, while the Arctic Monkeys recently collaborated with British rapper Dizzee Rascal.
Meanwhile, the group - Alex Turner, Jamie Cook, Matt Helders and Nick O'Malley - failed to live up to their rock'n'roll lifestyle by apologising after causing minor damage in their hotel room.
The band were staying at London's Soho Hotel when they spilt some red wine on an ornament.
A source said: "When they checked out, one of the band admitted he spilt some red wine on it and offered to pay and replace it. He was very polite and apologetic."
