Robbie Williams is set to stage a £150 million world comeback tour.
The 'Angels' singer is keen to prove he is bigger than his old band Take That - who recently completed a sold-out European tour - by lining up a sensational string of concerts of his own.
A source close to Robbie - whose last album 'Rudebox' was panned by critics - told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Whatever the critics say he is a force to be reckoned with and everyone knows he puts on a great show which is why millions across the globe are always desperate to get their hands on his concert tickets.
"After so long out of the limelight his fans are desperate to see him back where he belongs, on stage.
"It has the potential to be one of the biggest tours ever see."
The tour will see Robbie perform at Knebworth, England, once more, where he played to 375,000 in just three days in 2003.
Robbie's comeback plans come as Take That are reaching new heights with their reunion.
Their track 'Rule The World', written for the film 'Stardust', is hotly tipped to be nominated for Best Song at the Oscars, while their album 'Beautiful World' is still number eight in the UK album charts, despite being released over a year ago.
Frontman Gary Barlow recently rubbished rumours Robbie - who quit the group in 1995 - would be rejoining the band for a one-off performance, saying: "There is no place for Robbie in Take That anymore."
