Lily Allen is reportedly dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons.

The 'Smile' singer - who recently split from record executive Seb Chew - has been spotted out with the 37-year-old dance music legend several times in recent weeks.

Lily - who at 22 is 15 years Ed's junior - was also seen watching him perform at a concert in London's Trafalgar Square from the VIP area earlier this month.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "They are seeing more and more of each other and having a lot of fun. They have a lot in common.

"He could be just what Lily needs after splitting from Seb."

Lily is a long-standing fan of the dance duo, which also includes 36-year-old Tom Rowlands.

She once admitted she took her first ecstasy tablet while watching the 'Block Rockin' Beats' DJs play at the Glastonbury Festival in 1997, when she was just 12.

Earlier this month, Lily revealed she had split from 30-year-old Seb after a two-and-a-half-year relationship.

She said: "I just hope I can find a new boyfriend."

On Saturday night (22.09.07), Lily helped her brother Alfie Allen celebrate his 21st birthday at a party held at private members' club Shoreditch House, east London, with their separated parents, comedian Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen.

The celebrations moved on to another nightclub at 1am, but Lily was reportedly ordered to go home by Alison for being too drunk.
