Set for Halloween weekend in City Park, New Orleans' signature fall music event encompasses three full days of music--October 26, 27 and 28--with performances from Wilco, Tiesto in Concert, Kings of Leon, Sinead O'Connor, Common, Ben Harper and Galactic, among others.
These acts will appear in the Voodoo Music Experience's three distinct performance areas - Le Ritual, Le Flambeau and Le Carnival - each of which highlights a unique side of the personality of New Orleans.
For its ninth consecutive year - and despite 2005's devastation to the region - the Voodoo Music Experience will again take place in City Park set amidst lush lagoons, bayous, one of the largest collections of mature oak trees in the world, all in the shadow of the New Orleans Museum of Art and just minutes from the historic French Quarter and Central Business District.
The Voodoo Music Experience is known for its wide-ranging line-up of talent that each year reflects the multitude of cultures that define this historic and beloved American city.
