Van Halen fans across the country showed their faith in the reunion tour as tickets for the first Van Halen tour in more than 22 years with David Lee Roth as lead vocalist sold out in multiple markets around the country.

In response to the fast ticket sales, tour producer Live Nation have added additional shows in Philadelphia (Wachovia Center 10/3) and Detroit (Joe Louis Arena 10/20). Tickets for the new shows will go on sale Saturday, August 25th.
Van Halen also added an additional concert stop for Washington, DC's Verizon Center (11/1) – which extends the Van Halen tour to 29 dates in all.
Tickets for the Washington, DC concert will go on sale on Friday, August 24th. Tickets for the band's October 30th show at Boston's TD Banknorth Garden go on sale this Saturday, August 25th.
