Chanteuse Amy Winehouse is being compared to troubled rocker Pete Doherty in the flake department.
Perez Hilton reports that "for the second weekend in a row, the Wino cancelled a show at a summer concert festival."
Her performance was slated for the North Sea Jazz Festival in Holland yet she pulled out at the last minute, according to Dutch fans who emailed the Queen of all Media.
Winehouse's recent album, "Back To Black" still is burning hot, achieving platinum level in the U.S. and is still in the Top 10.
