Joss Stone's UK failure

What does she care if England likes her or not? She took America by storm and by all accounts most of the rest of the planet seems to like her stuff. I am not a huge fan (just not that into soul-type music) but appreciate her talent for one so young. So she wished Robbie well: she was the only one with a heart enough to say anything positive; everyone else was so loving laughing about him instead. I thought it was classy. Can't speak for the 'American twang'; been hanging out over here too long maybe. But it doesn't take much to start inadvertently mimicking (sp?) an accent when you are absorped into a new environment. I 'picked up' a slight twang after just hanging out with some Southerners over a one week period. And we weren't even IN the South. Keep doing your thing Ms. Stone. Just be wise and don't become too much of a party girl (like I've heard of some rumors). A little mystery is always better than a 'Hilton-esque' character.

...cannot be ignored. Look at the state of progressive music and then ask why someone would be so dismissive about her.
