Pearl Jam to release seven-disc set ‘Live at the Gorge 05/06’

Pearl Jam has announced the release of ‘Pearl Jam Live at the Gorge 05/06’ (Monkeywrench Records) - a seven disc box set of the band's three scorching sold-out George, Washington shows that kicked off and concluded the band’s extensive world tour. From the time of their spectacular arrival 17 years ago, Pearl Jam has continually earned and maitained the respect of one of popular music's most devoted followings. Live at the Gorge represents why. Weighing in at 7 1/2 hours of unparalleled, nonstop, incendiary rock 'n' roll, this box set faithfully presents an all-time legend at the height of their power.

This concert is the most downloaded show in Pearl Jam history, also marking the first performance of what was to become a one and a half year world tour for the band and the first time the band played the Gorge in 12 years. The evening starts with a special acoustic set by Pearl Jam, and also includes rare performances of Hard to Imagine (performed for the first time since 9/6/1998), Undone (First time ever performed) Low Light, Sad, Crown of Thorns (Mother Love Bone cover).
