To the above comment many do yeah but a life is a life so leave respects or don't say anything at all....it's rude as hell and he don't deserve it even if he tried making the image of being criminal or gangsta cool.....I'm sure you didn't know him.

R.I.P. Stack B.......much love.

Any life lost is a shame.......butJun 12th, 2007 - 18:01:40

These types ruin the youth.

Take away their hope, make them talk like they are from another planet (and then can't get a job)
Make it seem cool to treat women like shit, to rob and kill.
And then the black community wonders why 44% of all in prison are black (when they only make up 11% of the population), 70% of black kids are born without a father, and they see bigots in mainstream society.
How do you think this type of life will make things better??

It won’t

apologies Taz and ebzJun 12th, 2007 - 18:26:11

Apologies for the insensitive remark. I abhor violence and took this sad incident to say (sardonically) that there are no excuses to be made for criminality ... not even in art.

I obviously did not know the individual.

Reading from comments above you can see that people today in this day and age are still full of ignorance. This was human who lost his life who wasnt doing anything wrong but returning home from a night out, if he was anything other than a rapper would people look at his story different? People gotta learn to have some repect because Im tired of hearing he was just another rapperdid we say when the pope died oh ok o well he was just another pope Hell No!! People have to look past what the media portrays people to be, because I bet most of you people didnt know he was college student before he started rapping. I just wish people would show more respect and luv for people and maybe we wouldnt have as many problems in this world as we do today.

You talk about respect for the dead. Did this punk have any respect for others in his so-called music? His deeds in this life will reflect upon him even in death. Good riddance, and no, he and his ilk don't deserve any respect dead or alive.

he has been served his just desserts... when you lead the young people in such a fashion... you get yours in the end! he was nothing more than a thug making a living off of the rap legacy that our people have for some reason taken as our own. our young people should probably look up to the white man for direction more often! they seem to at least take care of their own....we sure cant!

These types ruin the youth? OH YAWH you're going to blame RAP MUSIC for ruining the youth (i'm 21), that is a disgusting and WEAK cop out to make parents feel better for their messed up kids. WTH, it's so stupid to blame a form of music on the ills of an entire community. A man died senslessly and it's not about the damn music right now. wtf.

Doc and da manz and people like you: the world has no need for people like you.....you didn't know him....what did he do to you or what do you have against this young black man who was someone's son, friend, cousin who could not have been the worst man in the world to deserve these ignorant and evil comments in his death? He was shot down in his head and need and bled like a water faucet to death and you say good riddance? I hope no one holds against you or any of your friends or family members their occupation they had in life when they die. Great examples of human being a lot of YOU are. To those leaving these stupid comments I'd love for you to say this in the faces of his mom and the others in his grieving family.

I think that no man deserves to be shot and killed, the way he lived his live should only be judged from above. Stacks was a hard worker and a very stong black youth that found rap music as a way to support himselfand ultimately get out of the hood . rest in peace stancks .

I cant see how someones taste in music should somehow justify then being murdered. Stack bundles rhymed about drugs just like ozzy osbourne the greatful dead nirvana and abunch of other folks. In slavery black people sang run n***a run that was an actual song, it wasnt because they enjoyed it, that was what was going down at the time. Coming from Redfern i find it hard for anyone who lived there or even been ther to be inspired to write happy feel good music. I grew up in the projects also and from my mothers own admission the conditions were actually worse before rap was popular. The generation that gave us Dr. king and civil rights lost threir way and in the process lost touch with the importance of family got hooked on drugs. Now the young kids are just doing what they know selling to people whos minds and souls are stil stuck in the doped out 70s and 60s. Go to any project and take a good look at the people buying the stuff these aint no teenagers.
