Rootsy country artist Dierks Bentley, known for his chart-topping hits such as 2003’s “What Was I Thinkin” and 2005’s “Come A Little Closer” and “Settle for a Slowdown,” is now part of the roots, rock, country, electronic and alternative line up at this year’s Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. Dierks will join folk and country artists Uncle Earl, The Richard Thompson Band, and Gillian Welch in Bonnaroo’s “That Other Tent.’’
This year’s Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival will take place June 14-17 in Manchester, TN at the Bonnaroo festival site. Dierks Bentley will take the stage in That Other Tent on Friday, June 15th at 5:45pm Central.
Bentley’s most recent album ‘Long Trip Alone’ is a collection of eleven songs that tell the story of a young man being pulled toward a far-flung profession that he loves and the people at home who keep him moving.
