Busta busted for DUI

Rapper Busta Rhymes is in trouble with the law again. Police arrested the performer on a drunken driving charge on Thursday morning in New York.
Officers stopped Rhymes (whose real name is Trevor Smith and is 34) at 12:40 a.m., Thursday because the sport utility vehicle that he was operating had overly tinted windows.
During the stop, the police reported smelling alcohol on Rhymes’ breath. The rapper was charged with driving while impaired and taken into custody. His arraignment is expected later today (Thursday).
Rhymes has had trouble with New York police and other law enforcement since 2006, and is scheduled to start a trial on Tuesday for two assault charges.
