They only won because the liberal members of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences voted for them. In a vote of the public (American public anyway) they would not have won. They didn't fare so well at the CMA (Country Music Association) award show...not even nominated I believe.

It was a decent album but did not deserve the number of wins tonight. It's just as bad to vote for them when they don't really deserve it as it is to snub them entirely.

I have heard rumors that they plan to break up or at least take a long time off after this award show to have more time to focus on motherhood.

It is unfortunate that the voters of the Grammy's used the awards show to prove a political point rather than really vote on the album/songs themselves.
