McGraw's not going to be conservative just because country music is

There is a big difference between being a Democrat and a conservative with traditional values. I love Tim McGraw's music but must say I am disappointed in him following the hollywood crowd. Traditional values have been at the forefront of Country music and are the foundation for America. It's amazing how everyone wants to criticize the Judo-Christian values of this country, but these are the same values of how we became the greatest country in the world. Do you really think more government, which is the core of how they want to acheive what they want to do. How will this help. Remember If you give a man a fish he can eat for one day, but if you teach him to fish , he will eat for a life time. There is no greater gift than giving self-reliance. Think Tim, isn't that the better gift to help someone help themselves. Instead of wasting money on handouts, because for the most part you just set up a vicious circle. Take the same money and give him a hand up.
But for the most part all I want to hear from actors, musicians and other in the spotlight is your charity work and how you are giving back from the great gift you have been given. Most people I know won't go see any George Clooney, Sean Penn, or DePalma movies, as well as won't silence to any muscian who puts their views out there. What are they thinking.
