Rap veteran DMX is set to return to the store shelves this week with a new studio album along with rock acts Stone Sour and The Pink Spiders.
DMX, who has been battling legal problems all year, new album ‘Year of the Dog...Again’ is the performers sixth solo studio album and is being released on the Sony label. The album has faced lots of problems (such as DMX switching labels) and was delayed on several occasions.
‘Year of the Dog…Again’ features DMX’s first studio return to rap since 2003’s ‘Grand Champ’ and the first singles include "We In Here" and "Lord Give Me A Sign.” The album will also feature DMX teaming up with several other music industry heavyweights. DMX has seen #1 record sales with each of his solo albums (starting in 1998), and sales ranging from 6.1 million in the U.S. for ‘...And Then There Was X’ to 1.5 million for ‘The Great Depression.’

The group is known for their nonstop touring, and the album reflects the chaos that accompanies them on the road. They were signed to Geffen Records in April of 2005, and since been named as one of Alternative Press' "100 Bands you need to know in 2006.”
The Pink Spiders are one of the headliners on the Vans Warped Tour 2006. The Pink Spiders are also releasing their debut album Teenage Graffiti on August 1, 2006 The Pink Spiders' single

‘Come What(Ever) May’ was produced by Nick Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Velvet Revolver). The resulting album finds the band firing on all cylinders and primed to capture the attention and the hearts of the rock ‘n roll masses. It is a sensory experience, encompassing a wide spectrum of emotions. The first single, “Through Glass,” takes up real estate in your brain, thanks to its unforgettable melodic twists and chorus. Stone Sour know how to expertly craft melody and mix it with rock maelstrom in a way that is uniquely their own.
