Davis’ illness forces Korn to cancel European tour
By M&C News Jun 13, 2006, 0:23 GMT
Following a performance at the U.K. Download Feastival, Metal band Korn have canceled their European tour after lead singer Jonathan Davis was hospitalized in London this past weekend.
Korn performed at the concert with help from Slipknot, 10 Years, Avenged Sevenfold and other metal acts.
The band was forced to cancel dates through the beginning of July due to doctor’s orders concerning Davis. The band may reschedule the canceled dates later in the year, and they are still expected to fulfill dates for the upcoming Family Values tour starting at the end of July. The tour should include other metal acts including Deftones and Stone Sour.
