Streisand hits the road

Barbra Streisand is coming out of retirement and hitting the road. According to media sources, la Barbra will play 20 shows in October and November throughout the US. Barbra is said to be considering specific charitable organizations which will benefit from the proceeds of her tour. Marty Erlichman, Streisand's manager, released this statement from Streisand:
"The increasingly urgent need for private citizen support to combat dangerous climate change, along with education and health issues was the prime reason I decided to tour again. This will allow me to direct funds and awareness to causes that I care deeply about." Designated proceeds in support of philanthropic initiatives will be distributed through The Streisand Foundation. According to sources, Streisand is also considering penning her complete autobiography in the wake of a recent book that according to her, was completely fallacious.
