Jessica Alba to host MTV Movie Awards

Los Angeles (dpa) - Sexy actress Jessica Alba has signed on to host the 2006 MTV Movie Awards, MTV announced Monday.
Alba is up for three awards including sexiest performances on the June 3 award show, in a reflection of her growing stature in Hollywood.
'The MTV Movie Awards is like a three-ring circus and I'm thrilled they asked me to be this year's ringmaster,' said Alba.
