The Rolling Stones rock's hottest ticket

Geriatric rockers The Rolling Stones recently kicked of their world tour in support of the band's latest album A Bigger Bang and already they've claimed top spot for overall tickets sold on the secondary market, according to the August Tickets Now Entertainment Index.Demand remains high as Rolling Stones tickets accounted for almost half of the total number of concert tickets sold this month easily outselling U2 and Green Day combined as well as sports tickets to games by such clubs as the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox.The Rolling Stones recently played a sold out show in Moncton, Canada in front of 80,000 fans and will be in Chicago this weekend before heading to New York City next week.Top August Concert ticket Sales1.
