BandMerch has teamed up with thrash metal forebearers Anthrax to offer the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for one lucky fan to play on stage with the band in New York on their forthcoming tour! The grand prize for BandMerch’s “Anthrax Demo Song” contest also includes the chance to have an original demo song critiqued by the rap-metal pioneers, a Washburn Scott Ian Signature Guitar worth $1,499, and an exclusive endorsement deal with Washburn guitars.

The contest marks the release of Anthrax’s new Live and two-disc Anthology sets. To enter, fans must order the new CDs and a special T-shirt online in a special combo package deal offered on BandMerch. Anyone purchasing the “bundle” can send in one demo, which will be judged by the band and BandMerch staff. The contest ends September 26, 2005 and the winner will be announced one week later.
