A great BAND...but, as usual, there's more pictures of scott stapp than the rest of the band...awesome musicians!! No Stones without Richard and Wood. This is how egos get crazy and bands break up!

Just like before, it's all about Stapp. I think Creed was awesome band (back in the day) but those days are over. After hearing Alterbridge with Myles Kennedy, the music was no longer about the vocals, it was about the whole band, and they are GREAT. Myles is so much more talented than Scott as a singer AND as a guitarist that I cant believe they even considered going back with Stapp! They will be performing within 50 miles of my house, and if it were Alterbridge playing I would be there, but Creed, no offence to the Alterbridge members, NO THANKS!!!!

Hey, Myles - I mean Grod, you're just jealous. Maybe if you sold some albums with that great talent of yours, a reunion wouldn't have been thought of so soon. Good luck with your future 'career'.

this band is one of those unique bands that don't come around that often in life. they are definitely one of my favorites. i can only hope that you guys can keep it together and make the best of it while you can. it's nice to see that you guys are back. please play from the heart, because god knows you don't need the money. anyway, godspeed and good luck.

Big Creed fan. Hearing that they were reuniting has been the only good thing to happen in 2009,IMHO. BTW,I liked some AB songs, but it began as Creed and gained it's fanbase as Creed. My favorite rock band. Keep it together, fellas! I am hopeful and optimistic about this band.

Mr. Grod, you couldnt have said it any better. Mr. Scott(must be a Stapp fan) you are an idiot, go back to McDonalds and finish your shift the fries are burning. Stapp should be asking Myles for lessons. I dont think they should call it a reunion tour, I think it should be called 'Stapps broke and begged us to help him out tour'.

ScottJul 17th, 2009 - 01:06:44

Wow, Fender Man, you're pretty quick. Did you figure out I was a Stapp fan all by yourself?

How many albums did Milo what's his name sell? Guess you and Grod have you own sense of taste, which differs btw from most reasonable people who have an ear for music.

Maybe you should go to the AB site and cry with the handful of fans there.

I bought 'One Day Remains' and have listened to it several times. Not a bad album, but no content lyrically. Vocals lack any real stength.

If you like that, good for you, but don't let your cd get scratched because I doubt if there will be any more.

Fender manJul 17th, 2009 - 04:47:24

Well Scotty, if you go to any AB video on You Tube and read the comments about the band you will find that G-rod and I, AND 99% of the people that live for music feel the same way. As for the vocals, just go to the AOL sessions and listen to My Sacrifice for example, and be prepared to laugh (at the vocals). On the Cd that I USED to have of Creed, the volcals were OK, but live, Stapp just cant hang with a true vocalist and musician like Myles. Listen to ANY (you hear me) ANY Alter Bridge song and the live version is just as good or better than the studio version. By the way, didnt Stapp TRY to do an album on his own? It sucked so bad he was the only person that bought one of the cds, and thats because he thinks hes the greatest thing since sliced bread. That should tell you right there, without Tremonti, Phillips ,and Marshall Stapp would STILL be a nobody. So mr Scotty(I wish I had musical talent)you need to do your homework before you get on here and talk about other peoples comments. Oh yeah, I want a big mac, fries and a coke. Thanks.....

ScottyJul 17th, 2009 - 20:41:08

Hey, Fender Man. Sounds like you've got some real personal issues, your diet, for one, need somes rethinking. You began the dialogue, if you recall, by calling me an idiot because I didn't agree with G-man's opinion.

I went to the first concert on the Weathered Tour at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta. The live vocals sounded great.

Creed ranks number 83 in all time record sales in the US - with Stapp doing the singing. Not bad considering they released their first album in 1997. Check it on Billboard.com.

Why don't you go to the Tower Records site and see where Alter Bridge (with Myles Kennedy singing) is ranked in their sales: #6259. Wow, isn't that the same band, only with a different singer?

Sorry if I'm being a little rough on you, since I can tell, from your lack of punctuation and mispelling, that you are probably some prepubescent dweeb holed up in your mommas basement with nothing better to do than whack off while looking at porn on your computer, and try to impress people with your comments on irrelevant sites.

Maybe if you got some fresh air and a little sunshine, interacted a little with other real people and quit cramming the McDonald's down your piehole, you wouldn't be so closed minded, and negative. Who knows, you might even get a girlfriend and clear up a little of that acne.

If you listen to all your music on AOL and YouTube, I can see why you think some vocals sound crappy. Ask your grandma for some money so you can get to a real show.

If you can't read other people's opions without feeling the need to launch a personal attack, maybe YOU shouldn't 'get on here and talk about other peoples comments'.

Stapp did come out with a cd without the other guys called The Great Divide. I bought it as soon as I could find it, and what a mistake that was. I think they should have put it on toilet paper instead of a cd that way I could get some use out of it!

Fenderman I think you're right about the McDonalds part of your comment, because there is a short fat guy working at the McDonalds here in my hometown that has I love Stapp tattooed on his arm, and he is always wearing the infamous LEATHER pants and button up shirt to work. Its pretty funny when he turns around to the cooks and grabs the mic singing 'And I said Ohhhhhh, go and get me a large fryyy and I need a cup of ice, hurry up it dont take all niiiight'

I know I am excited to see creed. I was not fortunate before and thought I would never see them together again. I personally LOVE the lyrics and that to me is what songs should be all about. I LOVE all the songs on thier cd,s, more than any other artist out there that may have one or two good songs on thier whole cd. Keep rocking guys, you got me right in my soul. To each his own.

Scott... you're right... Why the AB fans are writing here about Creed... if you don't like Stapp, go somewhere else... this is for Creed fans, you know... and my god... when a singer like Myles could be consider a good one...??? he just had no strengh in his voice and to 'be a musician' is so much more than playing four chords... please guys... you need to stop listen to Nickelback kind of crap and try a litle more talented music... you'll see that Myles is kind of average closer to lame... but hey... enjoy Creed, 'cause the musicians are really great and enjoyable... cheers..!!!

Anyone who thinks that Scott (Eddie Vedder wanna be) Stapp is a better musician than Myles K. IS FUGGIN STUPID... JAMpa, if you have ever seen Myles play a guitar then you will realize what a DUMBASS you are.. He can SHRED, unlike you and your boyfriend scotty, watch the videos numb nuts and you'll see. The only thing Stapp can do besides try and sound like Vedder is walk around on stage trying to rub his junk on his bandmates with that fuked up stance of his (like the one on front page of their website)....
