If only her producer had stepped up the tempo, added a few additional instruments or made her reach a bit more in her vocal performance. There was promise.It isn't so much that her voice is bad; it is just what she does with it. The single could be salvaged by a better producer perhaps, but as it stands, it sounds like the sad theme accompaniment to a band of hobo travellers making their way down a dusty railroad track. Which is upsetting, because I do love her film work and role choices. I love that she is never seen outside Hyde or the "The Hills" house, nor shot with her moneymaker hanging out or her pupils noticably dilated; that she eschews fake orange spray tans, and has natural beauty and real breasts. She's got the goods; and I want her music foray to succeed.I hope Mark Ronson or Gnarls Barkley makes friends with her; maybe they can juice the New York beauty's musical repertoire."Falling Down" is the first single from Johansson's May 20 album "Anywhere I Lay My Head" and has many covers of the amazing Tom Waits.

A band of hobo's travelling down a dusty road??!! Sounds as though they nailed a Tom Waits cover to me!! I like it!!
