I can't believe this critic thinks Jørgen knows nothing of the secrets of his wife and Jacob. Jörgen is aware of everything; he is the wizard behind the curtain that takes the film down its particular path. Nothing that transpires is coincidence; it is all his doing because he knows his fate. Whoever you are, you missed the boat! 'After the Wedding' is brilliantly played and easily one of the most compelling films i've seen in five years.

A question rather than a comment. can't understand the danish and swedish language changes. Was Lars a Swede living in Denmark?
