From Monsters and Critics.com Movies News Lions Gate Films have aquired movie rights to numerous graphic novels by Steve Niles. Variety reports that the movies will star Tom Jane (The Punisher) and include adaptations of Niles' The Lurkers, In the Blood and The Dark Country. The novels are mostly modern pulp fiction horror, The Lurkers being set in Los Angles and following a detective as he uncovers some grizzly crimes.
