Snow Cake Starts Shooting in Canada

Principal photography has started on Canadian drama "Snow Cake," which stars Alan Rickman, Sigourney Weaver and Carrie-anne Moss.

Variety reports the movie started filming over the weekend and follows the friendship between an autistic woman (Weaver) and a shy man (Rickman) badly effected by a fatal car crash.

Marc Evans is directing from a script by Angela Pell with Niv Fichman, Jessica Daniel, Gina Carter and Andrew Eaton producing.
